Woodlyn Park is an offbeat hotel located in Waitomo Caves, New Zealand.

It is one of the Top 10 Most Unique Tourism Accommodations in the World. The motel units at Woodlyn Park are world unique, built in part from recycled and natural materials. They have in the past worked hard as a war plane, a navy patrol boat, and a carriage from the steam train era. As such, they have a slightly lingering aroma from their industrial past, much like any modern vehicle - their scent reflects the materials they are made of. The motel has 10 units and is a couple of minutes' drive from the world-famous Glowworm Caves in Waitomo.

The motel units at Woodlyn Park are built in the shape of a boat, a plane, a train carriage, and Hobbit houses. Each unit is equipped with a TV, a kitchenette, a private bathroom with a shower, free toiletries, and a hairdryer. Bed linen and towels are provided in each room. The motel also offers Wi-Fi access in public areas.

Woodlyn Park has an activity desk that can help book activities such as Blackwater Rafting/Tubing Trips, Caving, Abseiling, Glow worm walks or boat rides or see their very own Kiwi Culture Show hosted by NZ pioneer Billy Black Woolman (minimum group numbers of 20 apply). The motel also offers recreational activities such as nature walks, waterfalls, hot water beaches, tours, and more. The motel units are unique and made from recycled and natural materials.
