Wujal Wujal Falls

Wujal Wujal Falls, also known as Bloomfield Falls, is a cascade waterfall located close to Wujal Wujal on the Bloomfield River, in the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Daintree National Park, Queensland, Australia.

The falls are historically a sacred area for the Aboriginals.

The area around Wujal Wujal Falls is surrounded by high mountains, waterfalls, river tributaries, and creeks. The falls cascade 40 meters into a pool along the river, and during heavy rains, they display their full power.

To get to Wujal Wujal Falls, visitors can drive from Cairns, which takes about four hours, or from Cooktown, which takes about one hour. The falls are located in the Daintree National Park, and visitors need to pay a park fee to access the area. The falls are a short walk from the parking area at the end of the road.
