Zephyr is a chic rooftop cocktail bar located on Level 12 of the Hyatt Regency Sydney hotel, offering stunning views of Sydney's Darling Harbour.

The bar has been awarded Hotel Bar of the Year in 2018, 2020, and 2021. The nautical-inspired setting and waterfront views make Zephyr a popular destination for locals and tourists alike. The bar is open and airy, with a relaxed atmosphere that is perfect for enjoying a drink or a meal. Zephyr offers a range of modern cuisine designed to be shared, which is the perfect accompaniment to their signature cocktails. The menu features seasonal share plates, including a charcuterie selection, pork belly sliders, soft shell crab, and desserts. The extensive drinks list caters to all tastes, from signature timeless classic cocktails to the more contemporary, experiential tipples, including bar exclusives created in collaboration with local beverage heroes. Zephyr boasts an extensive collection of rums from around the world, along with a tailored gin. The shareable cocktails served in pineapple glasses and disco balls are a hit for celebratory occasions and are both delicious and Instagrammable. Zephyr is open from 3 pm to 10 pm on Tuesdays to Thursdays, 3 pm to midnight on Fridays, 12 noon to midnight on Saturdays, and 12 noon to 10 pm on Sundays. The bar is wheelchair accessible, and disabled access is available upon request.
