The Adelaide Hills region, which includes Mount Barker, boasts numerous galleries and studios like The Aboriginal Art House, Tineriba Tribal Gallery & Fine Arts, Worth Gallery, Top of the Torrens Gallery, The Coach House Studio, Atelier, Bamfurlong Fine Crafts, and Hahndorf Academy.
