Christmas Island lodges

Christmas Island Lodge is a premier accommodation option for anglers visiting Christmas Island, located in the Republic of Kiribati. The newly remodeled and renovated lodge offers anglers both exceptional angling opportunities and comfortable lodging experiences, making it a standout choice amidst the island's rustic surroundings. Accommodation at the lodge consists of five bungalows, each housing two private suites with amenities such as air conditioning, fans, en suite bathrooms with hot and cold water, and fully stocked refrigerators. These bungalows can host a total of 10 anglers, ensuring privacy and a relaxed small group atmosphere. The lodge's expansive oceanside property allows for evening cocktails and appetizers while sharing fishing stories just steps away from the crashing waves on the beach.

In terms of dining, Christmas Island Lodge is renowned for its culinary expertise, utilizing fresh seafood, locally sourced ingredients, and produce flown in from Hawaii to create a blend of common fare and island favorites. Coffee and breakfast are served early each morning, followed by shoreside lunches consisting of sandwiches, salads, and cold drinks. Stellar dinners are served around 7:30 PM each evening after cocktails or a quick dip in the nearby Swimming Lagoon. The typical length of stay at Christmas Island Lodge is seven nights / six fishing days, coinciding with the once-a-week flights to Cassidy International Airport through Honolulu's International Airport. While most travelers visit Christmas Island for its world-class angling opportunities, alternative activities like birdwatching, diving and snorkeling, surfing, Operation Grapple relics tours, island and cultural tours, and sightseeing options are available for non-anglers.

Internet access and communication capabilities at the lodge rely on Starlink, offering limited but reliable service during your stay.
