Ghost Lodge, situated in Granity on New Zealand's West Coast, is a historic and charming accommodation suitable for various travelers, including large groups, families, cyclists, and motorcyclists exploring the region. The lodge boasts a lovingly restored interior with modern amenities like insulation, carpeting, and a log burner for warmth in winter, ensuring a cozy stay year-round. Its French doors open onto beautiful outdoor spaces, providing a breath of fresh air in the summer and making it an ideal choice for all seasons.

Accommodating up to 15 guests in different room options, Ghost Lodge offers off-street parking for cars, boats, and bikes, adding convenience for visitors exploring the surrounding area. Guests have easy access to the beach just steps away from the garden, with complimentary use of wetsuits, boogie boards, and surfboards for beach enjoyment. Cyclists completing the Old Ghost Road or Heaphy Track can take advantage of the lodge's washing facilities and parking space to rest and recuperate before continuing their journey.

For an additional fee, guests can enjoy amenities such as a freshwater fire-powered hot tub, sauna, and beach hot tub. Room rates at Ghost Lodge start at $140 per night for two people, with an extra $50 per night per additional guest. The entire lodge can be rented for $800, accommodating up to ten people, with each extra guest incurring a charge of $50 per night.
