Located on a special rural block of 4.66 acres on the outskirts of Perth's northern suburbs, the home consists of 996sqm of living space surrounded by an Olympic-sized equestrian arena.
After demolishing the old existing property, construction of the massive double-brick home got underway. Consisting of six spacious bedrooms (each one with its own lavish ensuite), and multiple living and entertaining areas that overlook the pool and outdoor area, the home took 13 months to complete.
High ceilings throughout the home further accentuated the volume of the abode, while extravagant finishes and fittings certify the elegance and sophistication.
A vast expanse of travertine and marble was installed throughout the property, beginning on the floors in living areas, and continuing up the walls in ensuites and bathrooms. It then provides a seamless connection to the outdoors, with a resort-style alfresco and pool, built by Liver Pool.
Extensive cabinetry throughout the home is another talking point, where a combination of veneer and lacquer provides a modern and stylish finish. A unique timber-look aluminium was used for louvre windows, creating a Western red cedar look without the high-level maintenance.
