All conference facilities are supported by state-of-the-art lighting, audio-visual and projection equipment. The hotel has an on-site audio-visual company, AV Partners, to ensure technicians are always on hand to offer expert advice, to source and operate additional equipment and provide the most up-to-date technology available. Conference video streaming is available on permanent flat-screen televisions for delegates outside the venue to view the plenary proceedings.

Most function rooms have street-level access for easy set up and breakdown of expos and tradeshows. The hotel has drive-in access for motor-vehicle launches and large exhibits.
