The launch of the 2017 Swim + Resort Series at Shorehouse proved a treat. Guests were welcomed into the venue with a smorgasbord of breakfast nibbles and light refreshments amid stunning views of Swanbourne Beach.
The event launched a lineup of hot fashion events that will run from November 23-26. The latest designs and looks from national and local designers will showcase at a number of beachside venues including Claremont Quarter, Point Fraser Boardwalk and City Beach Surf Life Saving Club.

Fashion Council WA Chair Kate O’Hara said the events are the perfect way to celebrate WA and encouraged members of these local communities to get involved.

The Claremont Quarter Swim + Resort Series Showcase on November 23 will provide a taste of what’s to come, featuring the latest trends in lifestyle, resort and swimwear. This is a free event, so be sure to grab your friends and head down to Perth’s famed fashion precinct.

The Swim + Resort Series will officially open with a stunning showcase from one of Australia’s most esteemed labels, Manning Cartell on November 25. We’ve been told to expect sultry midnight allure and magnified graphic prints.

The event at City Beach Surf Life Saving Club on November 26 will kick off with the WA Designer Runway, demonstrating why the WA landscape is the perfect inspiration behind pieces that can take you from the beach to the bar.

Camilla: From Rio with Love will close the 2017 Swim + Resort Series, showcasing the latest creations by famed Australian designer Camilla Frank. Drawing inspiration from Brazil’s seaside city Rio, her latest collection is Bohemian at heart, with eclectic prints designed to awake the adventurous spirit.

Get lost in the ultimate beach fantasy and celebrate quintessential WA summer in style.

The 2017 Swim and Resort Series runs from November 23-26. See individual event listings for more information.
