Contemporary meets luxurious in this home's modern and sophisticated kitchen and bathrooms.

With no detail overlooked, the modern, sophisticated kitchen and bathrooms in this striking home set the tone for luxurious living.

Generous flexibility from his clients enabled Steve Gliosca, managing director of Urbane Projects, the freedom to think outside the box when it came to the creation of this expansive home.

With the spaces between the kitchen, dining and family areas flowing into the alfresco living area, the home illustrates the ultimate in seamless integration for entertaining purposes.

The kitchen and bathrooms were meticulously designed and supervised by Urbane Projects, their construction and installation given to Greg Ennis of Instyle Furniture.

Not only does the kitchen feature quality appliances from Miele and Qasair, and
a style that resonates with all other built-in cabinetry throughout the home, it also houses a scullery. Meal preparation, bulky kitchen appliances and the pantry are neatly tucked away to ensure the kitchen remains the showpiece of the home. The centrepiece comes in the form of a thick, honed Bernini stone benchtop with vinyl wrap cabinetry to match.

Continuing with the refined and contemporary feel are the five ensuites that accompany the bedrooms, plus the full ensuites to the alfresco living area and the garage, and powder rooms to each of the upper and ground floors.

Resembling a luxurious spa suite that might be found in a five-star hotel, the spacious master ensuite was designed to provide a complete oasis in which the clients might escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

An extension from the impressive master walk-in-robe, the ensuite features quality fixtures and materials including custom cabinetry designed by Urbane Projects, and stone benchtops.

The client's daughter's bathroom integrates a Bisazza mosaic tile feature wall to the shower, which adds a light aqua colour to the palette along with more neutral colours that match the anthracite stone flooring. An integrated makeup and hair station has also been designed as part of the custom cabinetry in this bathroom.

Building over three levels gave the clients and their teenage children a generous amount of space in both the kitchen and the bathroom areas, and a home that invites people inside with a sense of indulgence.
