Busselton Foreshore Jetty

With views over Geographe Bay, the Busselton Foreshore Jetty provides an ideal spot to swim, snorkel, and spend time with family. With a seasonal swimming enclosure set up for the summer, and a permanent swimming jetty, and shaded BBQ areas and children's playgrounds, the foreshore and jetty are popular destinations for locals and tourists alike.

Shark Net

Australia’s only Ocean Guardian Electrical Shark Barrier. The virtual shark net is powered by antennas which produce an electrical pulse to repel sharks from the beach. The technology is cutting-edge - sharks have highly sensitive, short-range electrical receptors in their snouts. The barrier creates a powerful three-dimensional electrical field causing spasms and turning the sharks away, leaving locals and visitors to swim in peace.
