F L Yott Reserve is a public park and recreation reserve located in Beaumaris.
It covers a block of land bounded by Bodley Street, Tramway Parade, Martin Street, and Dalgetty Road, with the exception of the westernmost seventh of the land owned by the Anglican Church. The reserve is named after Cr Frederick Louis Yott, a former councillor and mayor of the City of Sandringham. It is zoned as a Public Park and Recreation area under the Bayside Planning Scheme.
The reserve serves as a community hub and offers various facilities for different groups. These include the Beaumaris Maternal and Child Health Centre, Olive Phillips Kindergarten, Peter Hutchison Playground, Bodley Street Tennis Centre, Beaumaris Bowls Club, Beaumaris Girl Guides, and First Beaumaris Sea Scouts.
