Simply Cocktails’ ‘Home Five O’Clock-tails’ aims to bring the bar experience to your home, with a series of live tutorials held at 5pm. Why not get your colleagues and your friends together on a Zoom call or throw a virtual 'House Party' to replicate afterwork drinks?
Launching Friday April 3rd, the first class will be led by Australia’s Scotch Whiskey Brand Ambassador of the Year, Mark Hickey, as he shows you how to make a Cointreau Fizz.
The cocktail masterclasses will take place every Tuesday and Friday up to the end of June, so for those who enjoy a cheeky weekday drink, you can tune on April 7 for Danilo Migliorini’s ultimate Tia Maria Espresso ‘Quarantini’ class.
For a soothing winter warmer, Luke Hanzlieick will show you how to make a Chartreuse Green Chaud, or, if you're after something a little more decadent, you can have a go at blending a Mozart Choc-tail with Andy Buntine. If the classics are more to your taste, join Josh O’Brien on Tuesday April 14 for his ‘Tom Collins’ workshop.

In addition to the bartenders mentioned above, the team at Simply Cocktails will also be recruiting bartenders from Perth’s most popular bars such as Mechanics Institute, Caballitos and Who’s Your Mumma, who are currently out of work due to lockdown restrictions. They'll be releasing more cocktail masterclasses over the coming weeks, so stay tuned!
