It wouldn’t be Easter without an Easter egg hunt! Easter egg hunts are a great way for families to spend a special day together - and the kids will definitely get a thrill searching for special chocolate treats. Here is our roundup of Easter egg hunts happening in and around Perth this Easter season that the whole family will enjoy.

Golden Egg Hunt in the CBD

There is still plenty of time to participate in the Golden Egg Hunt at Cathedral Square! Head to the City of Perth Library to collect a brochure and set off on your quest; answering questions and finding golden eggs to collect a prize. The hunt runs until April 30th and is suitable for children aged 12 and under with adult supervision.

Margaret River Chocolate Factory Easter Egg Hunt

Join the Margaret River Chocolate Factory in the Swan Valley this Easter!  Four sets of Easter egg hunts will be held on April 20th, starting from 10:30am and featuring a very special appearance from the Easter bunny himself. Entry is free but be sure to arrive early as places are limited to 20 children per session.

Easter Egg Hunt at The Island

The Easter Bunny is visiting Elizabeth Quay on April 18th. Starting from 11:30am at the Elizabeth Quay Island Playground, kids will be able enter a colouring in competition, search for chocolate treats and meet the Easter Bunny himself. Plus, there'll be woodfired pizza on offer for the hungry adults!

Roleystone Family Easter Hunt

If you’re in the mood for a road trip, round up the kids for Easter at the Roleystone Family Centre on April 19th. This Easter egg hunt, for children under 4, will be held at 4pm and there will be another hunt for children over 4 at 5pm. With a massive door prize, a best dressed competition and plenty of Easter eggs to collect, there is plenty to do at this free community event.

The Maze’s Annual Easter Hunt

Head to the Annual Easter Hunt at The Maze in Bullsbrook for a long-weekend filled with fun. Running from April 19th to 22nd, there will be an interactive Easter egg hunt with sweet treats hidden all over the park, kids’ activities and a mammoth chocolate give-away thanks to Swan Valley’s 'Whistlers Chocolate Company'.
