Le Rebelle

Mount Lawley

Although many come to this Paris meets New York-inspired bistro for quality European dishes like the Poisson Du Jour, we highly recommend coming back for a cheeseboard. Le Rebelle is a three-tiered restaurant with a bistro, wine bar, and an intimate dining area. They run their very own dairy program with milk and cream collected from a single herd of Guernsey cows from Serpentine each week. Choose from a selection of cheeses such as rich and creamy 6-week aged camembert, fresh Persian feta and fromage blanc, black wood blue, as well as international offerings from the French Alps and Spain. Le Rebelle is open Wednesday and Thursday 5-10pm, and Friday and Saturday 12am to 10pm.
